Arborfield Green’s consortium of developers have come together this year to bring some Christmas spirit to the community.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, restrictions on large public gatherings and social distancing, this year’s community events sadly had to be cancelled.
However, thanks to the support provided by Crest Nicholson, Bewley Homes, Millgate Homes, Redrow and M&G, a 20ft tree – complete with pretty Christmas lights – has now been installed on the Princess Marina Drive and Biggs Lane roundabout in the heart of the new development.
The consortium commented:
“Although we were unable to host a Christmas event this year, we hope that the tree brings some needed Christmas cheer to the community. This is a great way to celebrate our growing community here, and we look forward to celebrating next year with a big Christmas event led by our residents through the Arborfield Green Events Committee.”
