Arborfield Green has a strong sense of community, and there is always something happening here! From joining one of the regular activity sessions at our community centre, planting bulbs with the Community Liaision team and picnicking in the summer to celebrating the festive season with Santa. There really is something for everyone.
Arborfield Green’s new secondary school, Bohunt Wokingham opened in 2017 and now provides state of the art facilities for local children. As well as this, Farley Hill Primary School opened in Arborfield Green in September 2021, offering education to 3-11 year olds.
Hazebrouck Meadows is the place to be for outdoor enthusiasts, with its links through to California Country Park for longer walks and enjoyment of the Berkshire countryside. Arborfield Green even now has its very own leisure centre with a wide variety of classes and activities to choose from each week.
At the heart of the community, Arborfield Green Community Centre offers a wealth of opportunities for people to come together, from yoga and dance classes, to library sessions and your local party venue. The Community Centre is also the focus of popular community events, such as monthly markets and an annual Summer Fete run by ENGAGE, the dedicated Arborfield Green Events Committee.
