A update from WBC on the Tennis Courts. A date is still to be confirmed by the Crest Team.
“The council have gone through an Expression of Interest exercise to find a suitable operator to manage the Arborfield courts for a 1 year period- a review will take place for Years 2 and beyond.
I am working with the new operator to design the pricing/membership structure, and we are working closely with the operator and the LTA to form a plan for free tennis activities to generate interest as part of the Governing Bodies aim to increase tennis participation”.
A planned opening ceremony is also on the agenda and hopefully colleague from Sutton Land/Crest Nicholson will be able to provide us with proposed opening dates.
