Please enquire about our Zumba evening classes with Kalpana, currently held on Mondays at 7:15pm to 8:00pm; and Thursday evenings at 6:45pm to 7:30pm in the Studio at Arborfield Green Community Centre. Come along and enjoy a wonderful way to exercise by dancing with great music; lots of fun whilst working out, essential for your well being!
